Family run property business looking for an Accounts and Admin Manager based in the inner west. Your new role
This reputable, family-owned property organisation has an excellent reputation and a strong, long-term portfolio. With a small, close-knit team, they pride themselves on trust, reliability, and a collaborative working culture. Due to internal changes, they are now seeking a capable Accounts & Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day financial and administrative operations.
What you'll need to succeed
Working closely with the Directors, you'll be responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping and property administration.
- Accounts & Bookkeeping duties
- Process supplier invoices and expenses in MYOB
- Bank and general ledger reconciliations
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Manage payroll compliance including STP
- Prepare and lodge BAS and PAYG
- Liaise with external accountants for annual compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records
- General admin support to Directors and the Property Manager
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and internal systems
- Assist with tenant communication and maintenance requests
- Coordinate trades, quotes, work orders, and follow-ups
- Support property management compliance activities
- Experience in bookkeeping/accounts
- Strong MYOB and Excel skills
- BAS & PAYG experience
- Part-time role (4 days per week)
- Stable, long-term role with a supportive team
- Autonomy and variety in your day-to-day work
