Your new role
As the Treasury and Revenue Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing banking platforms, billing operations, and cash collections. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead a team of three and work closely with Business Directors, Sales, and Operational teams to ensure financial integrity and support business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee daily cash management, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
Manage banking relationships and ensure compliance with treasury policies.
Drive initiatives to automate and improve treasury operations.
Supervise billing operations to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Implement and enhance processes and systems for billing and cash collections.
Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15 / ASC 606).
Provide insights and reporting to senior stakeholders.
Lead and develop a team of billing and credit controllers.

What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualification in Accounting or related discipline; CA or CPA preferred.4-7 years' experience in finance roles with exposure to treasury and revenue management.
Strong understanding of financial systems (ERP, billing platforms, payment portals).
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
