About the opportunity
Our client is a global technology company operating across Australia, the US, and Europe, with a fully outsourced payroll model managed via ADP Celergo.

We're looking for a capable, hands-on Payroll Officer to support a small payroll team on a six-month full-time contract with a possibility to become permanent.

About the role

• Working alongside a senior payroll officer to support end-to-end payroll processing across Australia, the US, and Europe via ADP Celergo for up to 500 staff
• Validating payroll data and preparing templates for changes
• Managing time and attendance imports/exports across regions
• Validating timesheets against rosters for fortnightly pay runs
• Ensuring payroll cutoff deadlines are consistently met

What they're looking for

• Solid Australian or global payroll processing experience
• ADP experience — is a bonus
• Exposure to global payroll is also a bonus
• Experience working within an outsourced payroll model
• Collaborative, reliable, and cool under deadline pressure
