Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to support day-to-day finance, HR, and administrative functions within a growing investment management environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting tasks, financial reporting, and month/quarter-end processes.
• Coordinate with external accounting, audit, and tax partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Support fund-related activities such as NAV preparation, capital calls, distributions, budgeting, and cash flow tracking.
• Assist with regulatory filings and maintain proper compliance documentation.
• Provide support on investor reporting, presentations, and financial analysis.
• Handle HR administration including payroll, leave records, reimbursements, onboarding/offboarding, and employee documentation.
• Oversee office operations: vendor coordination, procurement, IT/service provider liaison, filing, meeting logistics, and general administrative upkeep.
• Provide executive support including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA / CA preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in accounting or fund accounting within Private Equity/ Venture Capital, Asset or Fund Management companies.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and fund structures.
• Excellent organisation, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
